I started going to boot camp in January and have loved being with friends every morning and I LOVE what the exercise is doing for me! I was working out before but had become bored with my routine. Now every day is different! Now along with watching what I eat each day and working out each morning I have lost weight and am excited about putting on some new Spring clothes! I have discovered that it is no longer as easy as eliminating soft drinks from my diet to shed a few pounds . . . I now think about what I eat and decide if it is worth the exercise I will have to do to work it off!
